You could also try emailing again with "ATTN: Margaret" in the subject line. She is really good about helping people out.

I had EXACTLY the same problem - 2 Disc Fours and not Disc Five. I sent an email through the GDM webpage, and Margaret very, very promptly provided a new Disc Five. I did not have to call on the telephone. She was very friendly about it.

I mailed Margaret at GDM about the missing disc5 and a copy was shipped to me in Australia within 4 days. Thanks for the advice. A happy ending to the whole saga, kinda restores your faith
